Bamboo Arts and Crafts Ideas : Miniature / Model Ships

As part of our local wisdom, for generations people of Indonesia have been incorporating Bamboo as a highly utilized staple material in our daily lives. I use bamboo as main material to create handmade project which is miniature ship. I'm doing some research to know better about bamboo arts and crafts, bamboo design ideas, and a lot of things related to bamboo projects as creative hobby.

Since i was kid, i love miniature / model ships, there are various model ships type and design. And I found out their basic material is wood or resin. So i tried to build my miniature ships using bamboo. With bamboo flexibility it's so easy for me to built each part of my ships design.

I have built phinisi, schooner, and vietnamese jung boat, i learn model ship building techniques from internet, there are so many sources about model ship building for beginners. I bet You can do it to, it's fun for your diy projects, it's challenge your creativity. And you can apply to your other crafts or interior design ideas.
